I've spent years on the field as both a player and a coach, and I've seen firsthand that coaching is communication. Some of the most important moments in a program don't happen under the lights—they happen during staff meetings, on the practice field, in the film room, and in conversations that shape athletes and teams. Too often, those ideas are forgotten because there's no simple way to capture and organize them.

I founded FUTR Sports to help coaches preserve those moments, transform them into actionable intelligence, and spend less time managing information so they can focus on what matters most—developing athletes, building culture, and leading championship programs.
